| 摘 要： | 介绍了DD－1催化剂在工业化丁烯－1精制装置进行的侧流试验及工业化应用情况。通过侧流试验分析了DD—1脱除丁二烯的效果、使用寿命和丁烯损耗情况、反应空速和反应温度对催化剂的影响。通过工业化应用，实现了丁二烯加氢催化剂国产化，填补了国内空白。

| Abstract: | The side-stream test of catalyst DD-1 on industrial butatene-1 purification plant and it's industrial application are presented. Through side-stream test, the result of butadiene removal by DD-1, service life, butene loss, and the influences of reaction velocity and reaction temperature on the catalyst are analyzed. With the industrial application, domestic industrialization of butadiene hydrogenation catalyst is realized, and domestic vacancy in this area is filled. |
