摘    要:采用参数自整定FUZZY—PID控制算法控制电阻炉,将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来.既具有模糊控制快速、鲁棒性强的优点,又具有PID稳态精度高的优点。仿真结果表明,该算法使用可靠、精度高,而且具有较强的抗干扰能力和较好的鲁棒性,优于常规的PID控制与模糊控制。

Abstract:This article applies self-tuning parameter FUZZY-PID arithmetic to temperature control system of resistance furnace,and the arithmetic is the integration of fuzzy and PID control technique,it possesses both the flexible and strong robust advantage of fuzzy control and the precise character of PID control.A simulation study shows the algorithm is of reliability,high precision and strong ability of anti-interfere and robustness,and it is much better than that of common fuzzy and PID control technique.
