200m~3充气机械搅拌式浮选机在铜矿的应用

浮选机大型化是世界潮流,本文研究了目前国内工业应用单槽容积最大的浮选机——200m3充气机械搅拌式浮选机在铜矿上的应用情况,包括带矿性能和工业应用效果。和江西铜业公司一起测定了浮选机的矿浆悬浮能力、对不同粒级矿物的分选效果、浮选机功耗、带矿条件下的充气量。结果表明200m3充气机械搅拌式浮选机设备运行平稳,浮选效果好。工业试验累计指标与对比流程指标相比:在给矿铜品位相当情况下,回收率高6.77%,浮选效率高6.95%。

Applications on 200m3 Air-forced Mechanical Flotation Machine in Copper Mine

The scale-up flotation cell is the world trend. The 200m3 air-forced flotation machine is the largest one for single cell capacity which has been used in concentrator in China Copper Mine. The application situation including performance capacity with ore and Industrial Application Effect will be researched in this article. Working together with Jiangxi Copper, we tested the suspending ability, separation ability to different grade particle, power consumption and air superficial flow rate of this flotation machine. The results show that the equipment runs steadily with good performances. Comparing the industrial testing accumulation index with balance processing index, the result shows the recovery rate of copper is 6. 77% and the flotation efficiency is 6.95% under the same copper grade.
