摘    要:利用数值模拟技术和试验方法,对铝合金板2219-O镜面翼尖零件的拉深工艺进行研究。翼尖零件拉深性能的数值仿真研究表明,通过合理设定工艺参数,可以获得较小的均匀应变分布,有利于抑制粗晶等表面缺陷的产生。表面质量试验显示,通过在铝合金板2219-O表面覆上一层橡皮膜,并借助模具的厚向压应力,可以消除翼尖零件表面擦伤、端部凸起等表面质量缺陷。

Abstract:The deep drawing process for the airplane wingtip of aluminum alloy 2219-O sheet with mirror surface was studied,based on numerical simulation technology and experimental method in this paper.The numerical simulation indicated that the appropriate process parameters could lead to the relatively small strain distribution,which was helpful to prevent the surface defects,such as coarse grains.Test results showed that the surface defects such as scratch,ridge can be restrained by means of rubber membrane and normal compressive stress method.It proved that deep drawing method could manufacture the aluminum alloy 2219-O airplane wingtip part with good mirror surface.
