摘    要:配电网在单相接地故障后,对健全线路及故障线路上故障点之后的部分,三相电流突变量大小相等、波形一致;而故障线路中故障点之前的部分不具有该特征。据此提出一种基于相电流突变量的配电网单相接地故障区段定位方法:在各线路出口及分支处安装接地故障检测装置,独立测量比较各相电流突变量,即可识别出故障区段,结合网络拓扑即可实现故障区段...

Abstract:Analysis shows that when single-phase earth fault occurs in a distribution network,three-phase current fault components of a healthy line and that of fault line after the fault point have same size and waveform,but that of fault line before the fault point doesn’t have this characteristic.A single-phase earth fault section location method in the distribution network based on phase current fault component is proposed,namely,earth fault detection devices are installed at exits and branches of every line,and each device independently measures and compares current fault components so as to identify the fault section.Then fault section location is implemented with the network topology.Specific fault location flow chart and criterions are also given.Simulation results show that this method can identify fault section correctly and reliably.In addition,this method has a simple operation principle,only needs to measure currents.It has a bootstrap characteristic,and is expected to be used in practical distribution network.
