| 摘 要： | 20Hz电源是注入式发电机定子接地保护中一个很重要的单元,一般由方波逆变器和带通滤波器组成。提出了一个基于微控制单元（MCU）的20Hz方波逆变器方案,详细论述了LC带通滤波器的设计和计算。针对发电机发生单相接地故障时故障电压对方波逆变器的冲击,设计了钳压保护回路,以保证逆变器内部电路不损坏。文中所提方案提高了20Hz电源的灵活性、稳定性和可靠性。
