| 摘 要： | 华北电网日内调度系统结合日前发电计划曲线，根据日内短期和超短期负荷预测、检修计划及电网实时拓扑情况，利用长周期优化、短周期优化完成日内发电计划及实时调度。该系统引入当前发电计划概念，将日前发电计划结果、长周期优化结果、短周期优化结果以覆盖的形式存入当前发电计划。当前发电计划将三者的优化结果关联起来，确保最终发电计划继承...
