| 摘 要： | 本文论述了3003幕墙板采用不安全再结晶退火或冷轧量来控制产品性能。文章认为在现有装备条件下经过一个的冷变形后进行中间完全再结晶退火，通过控制最终冷变形量可获得性能稳定、表现质量优良3003幕墙板，其效果优于不完全再结晶退火。

| Abstract: | It is introduced that imcomplete recrystallization annealing cold rolling ironing can be used to controll the properties of product for 3003 curtain wall plate in this paper. The result shows that the steady property,improved surface quality of 3003 curtain wall can be obtained by completely recrytstallization process annealing after certain cold deformation and controlling final cold deformation under the existing equipment.Its effectiveness is better than imcomplete recrystallization annealing |
