弧焊变压器节能策略及其控制系统研究

摘    要:本文针对弧焊变压器空载能耗大、功率因数低等问题,提出了一种节能策略,并基于微处理器控制的微功率辅助供电电源,研制了智能型弧焊变压器空载降压装置,该装置使弧焊变压器二次侧空载输出电压小于3V,装置本身的功耗极小,且针对不同型号的电焊机,该装置无需调节,具有普适性,实验结果表明本文提出的节能策略及其装置具有显著的节能效果。

Abstract:An energy saving strategy, which aimed at the problem of arc welding transformer with high open energy wastage and low power factor, is proposed. An intelligent device, using for arc welding transformer, is developed based on a microprocessor controlled auxiliary power, and the open output voltage of arc welding transformer is less than 3 V by using the device. The device can be used to all kind of arc welding transformers without any adjustment. Experiments show the remarkable energy saving effect of the energy saving strategy and the device.
