摘    要:近年来,汶川地震后,中小学建筑的抗震安全问题引起全社会关注,中小学校舍安全工程已进入抗震加固的实施阶段。本文针对砖混结构抗震加固设计中存在的计算问题,依据提高砖墙折算抗剪及抗压承载力来达到建筑物抗震性能的原理,通过工程实例采用了行之有效的设计计算方法,供同类工程加固设计参考。
