预应力混凝土T梁变宽拼宽关键技术问题

摘    要:以某高速公路扩建工程一座4×30m预应力连续T梁变宽拓宽为工程背景,计算比较不同新旧桥拼接模式的受力性能,同时,计算预应力引起的单片梁上拱值和自重作用的下挠值,确定存梁时间,并进一步分析了新旧桥合理拼接时机。得到的结论为:①新旧桥之间采用全部横隔板连接的模式受力最合理;②90d是一个合理的存梁时间;③新桥建成后6个月,为比较合理的新旧桥拼接时机。

Abstract:A4×30m continuous prestressed T-type bridge in a widening engineering was selected as engineering background,the mechanic properities were calculated and compared with different connecting models.Meanwhile,the precast beam storing time was determined according to the upward value aroused by prestressed force and down deflection in action of self-weight.The connection time between new and old bridges was discussed furtherly.The results obtained list as follows: ① the connection form of the same numbers of diaphragms as the old bridge is recommended in the widening of prestressed concrete T-type bridges.② 90 days is a reasonable precast beam storing term;③ it is a good time to connect the new and old bridges 6 months after the new bridge was built.
