盘形件旋压对称增厚成形工艺

摘    要:针对薄辐板厚轮缘盘形件的旋压对称增厚成形工艺进行了研究,分析了旋压对称增厚成形的原理。基于Simufact.forming软件设计了有限元模拟方案,分析了旋压对称增厚成形的变形过程、成形载荷和失效形式,研究了极限增厚时各工艺参数对型槽充型能力、坯料弯曲程度和成形形态的影响规律,给出了极限弯曲程度δ_(max)随倾角α及底部高度h的变化趋势,最后通过实验进行了验证。研究结果表明:成形过程分为均匀增厚、摆动增厚及最后充填3个成形阶段,在成形第2阶段可能出现挤出失效及折叠失效两种失效形式;极限成形时,倾角α及底部高度h值越大,型槽的充型能力越差,而γ_(max)值越大及型槽张口程度越大,极限弯曲程度δ_(max)越大,且可通过δ_(max)来判定坯料的成形形态。


Spinning process on symmetrical thickening of disk-like parts
Abstract:A spinning process on symmetrical thickening of disk-like parts with both thin web plates and thickened rims was studied, and its thickening mechanism was analyzed. Then, the finite element simulation scheme was designed by software Simufact. forming, and the forming process, forming load and failure mode were analyzed. Furthermore, the influences of parameters under thickening limit on the mold filling, blank bending and forming shape were investigated, and the variations of limit bending degree δmax versus inclination angleαand bottom height h values were given. Finally, the FE analysis results were verified by experiment. The results show that the forming process can be divided into three forming stages of the uniform thickening stage, the swing thickening stage and the final filling stage. However, in the second stage, two kinds of failure modes, including extrusion and folding, occur easily. Thus, in the limit forming, the filling ability of groove decreases with the increasing of inclination angleαand bottom height h, while the larger the γ max value is and the greater the opening degree of groove is, the greater the ultimate bending degree δmax is, and the forming shape can be judged by δmax .
