超轻质水泥基混合材料密实度和力学性能研究

摘    要:研究了在超轻质水泥基混合材料中加入消泡剂后对其密实度和表观质量的影响,以选择消泡剂的合理掺量。并利用此合理掺量,对其进行抗压性能的试验研究,分析了掺入不同体积含量(0.5%,1.0%)的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对其抗压性能的影响。结果表明,未加纤维与加入0.5%PVA纤维的消泡剂掺入量可选择0.03%和0.05%。掺入0.5%体积含量的PVA纤维之后密度没有明显的变化,而加入1.0%体积含量的PVA纤维可较明显地提高ULCC的密度;对于本试验,加入纤维可以有效提高ULCC的早期抗压强度,尤其是3d龄期条件下的强度;纤维的掺入还可以提高ULCC的极限压应变和塑性变形能力。

THE EFFECT OF FIBER ON THE COMPRESSIVE PROPERTIES OF ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT CEMENT COMPOSITE
Abstract:In this paper,the influence of defoaming agent on the compactness and apparent quality of super lightweight cement based mixed material was studied,in order to selecting a reasonable amount of defoamer.And the reasonable dosage is used to study the compressive performance of it,analysz the incorporation of different volume content (0.5 %,1%) of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA:Polyvinyl alcohol)on the compressive properties.The results show that the amount of defoamer for without fiber and with 0.5% PVA fiber can be selected 0.03% and 0.05%.The density did not have significant changes when the 0.5% volume content of PVA fiber was added,but the density of ULCC can be obviously increased by adding 1.0% volume content of PVA fiber;For this experiment,adding fiber can effectively improve the compressive strength of ULCC,especially in the condition of the 3-day ages.The incorporation of fibers can also increase the ultimate compressive strain and plastic deformation of ULCC.
