重庆五大商圈地下空间业态开发现状及整治对策

自1997年建立解放碑商圈以来,重庆陆续建立了三峡广场、杨家坪、观音桥、南坪四大商圈,各商圈很快成为了辐射各个区域的主要商业中心。地下商业作为地上商业的延伸和补充,已经成为商业中心中不可或缺的组成部分,也是目前轨道交通发展地下物业开发的主要方面。为了对重庆地下商业街的业态布局的现状和政治策略进行研究,运用文献收集法和社会调查法,对重庆各商圈地下街的服饰、超市、餐饮、娱乐市场等进行调查和对比,发掘目前重庆商业中心地下空间利用的问题。并与日本地下商业发展相对比,发掘中日地下街的商业态比例、档次和分布,提出重庆商业街需在业态规划的过程中应注意消防安全,提高空间品质,并注意平战结合。

Commercial Conditions and Realignment Measures for CBD's Underground Space in Chongqing

Since the Jiefangbei CBD established in 1997,Chongqing established Sanxia square CBD,Yangjiaping CBD,Guanyinqiao CBD and Nanping CBD.Those CBDs soon became commercial centers to radiation in different regions.Recently the underground business has become an integral part of commercial property as business extension and supplement for the ground business,and it is also the most important field with the development of rail transit.The author used the method of literature collection and social investigation to analyze the distribution of the underground street commerce in Chongqing with the classification of the business to supermarkets,restaurants,groceries,and professional markets,and to give some advice about what we should do in transforming the underground street.Comparing with underground commercial development in Japan,the author found out the commercial proportion of Chinese and Japanese underground street,the scale and distribution of different proposed.In learning Japanese underground commercial mode and combining themselves circumstance,the author suggests that in Chongqing,the underground commercial street in the planning process should pay attention to fire safety,improve quality of the distribution of the formats space,and manufacture products for both peacetime and wartime usage when the business development is developed.The suggestions and comments play an important role of guidance and reference to underground business planning in future.
