地下管道沉降与脱空高聚物注浆修复数值分析

摘    要:介绍了采用高聚物注浆修复地下管道沉降与脱空渗漏的方法,通过实际工程应用,说明该非开挖修复技术成本较低、修复方便、能最大限度减少城市交通拥堵等优点。阐述了高聚物注浆管道修复的具体方法和施工步骤。采用ABAQUS软件模拟地下管道沉降高聚物注浆修复过程的受力情况,计算工况分为考虑自重作用及横向地震作用下的静动力分析,两种工况计算结果表明:高聚物注浆之后,管道内最大拉压应力、管道最大竖向位移和水平位移均明显减小,说明高聚物注浆修复后管道更加安全与稳定,高聚物注浆修复地下管道沉降与脱空渗漏起到了很好的效果。

Abstract:The method of underground pipe settlement and vacancy repairing with polymer injection is introduced.The non-excavation repairing technology has the advantages of rapid construction,low cost and reducing traffic jam.The construction procedure and method of polymer grouting for settlement and leakage of the underground pipes are introduced.The stress condition of polymer injection repairing pipe settlement and vacancy was simulated with ABAQUS.The calculation states include pipe stress and deformation features under static and earthquake load before and after the polymer injection.The results of the two cases show that the maximum tensile stress and the maximum compressive stress,the vertical displacement and the horizontal displacement all decrease obviously in the pipe.It is approved that the pipe is more safety and stabilize after polymer injection repairing.It is of efficiency for underground pipe settlement repairing with polymer injection.
