新型低温管道出保冷箱密封结构

摘    要:在空气分离装置中,从对已有低温管道出保冷箱密封结构出现的问题入手,对"连接件"、"浮动套"和"贴面法兰"密封结构的结构特点、应用形式及自身缺陷进行了分析对比。利用不锈钢材料的低导热率和耐低温的特性提出了一种新型的密封结构,通过ANSYS Workbench对本密封结构进行建模计算验证,从计算结果可以看出此结构能很好的解决冷箱箱板冻裂和挂霜的问题。进一步优化设计并且节省材料。


Sealing Structure Design of New Type Low Temperature Pipeline Outlet and Cold Box
Abstract:The content does not meet the requirements, please follow the example to revise and improve in air separation device,from the existing low temperature pipe cold box sealing structure problems of the"connections" and"floating" and"veneer flange" seal structure of the structural features, applications and defects the comparative analysis. A new seal structure is proposed by using stainless steel materials with low thermal conductivity and low temperature resistant proper-ties,through the ANSYS Workbench on the seal structure modeling calculation and verification,can be seen from the cal-culation results to solve the cold box board frost crack and frosting problem very well to this structure. Further optimize the design and save materials.
