摘    要:针对新疆严寒地区普遍存在供暖系统能耗大、供热效率不高的问题,对既有供暖系统实施节能改造。本文以新疆克拉玛依市的南泉锅炉房供暖系统节能改造为例,通过对节能改造后效果分析发现:在供热锅炉上安装节气装置并对其进行密封保温改造,对热效率的提高、节气效果的增强都有显著作用;通过给热水循环泵加装变频器,将供热系统由原来的集中质调节方式改为分阶段变流量质调节方式,从而有效地节省了电力,降低了耗气量。经过节能改造后的南泉锅炉房供暖系统,解决了能耗大、供热效率不高的问题。

EFFECT ANALYSIS OF ENERGY SAVING RECONSTRUCTION OF HEATING IN SEVERE COLD AREA OF XINJIANG
Abstract:For the problems about large energy consumption of the heating system and the low heating efficiency in the severe cold region of Xinjiang,the energy saving transformation should be carried out to develop the existing heat source heating network.In this paper,the energy saving transformation of the heat source of the Nanquan boiler room (which is located in Karamay city of Xinjiang) is taken as an example.After analyzing the effect of energy saving transformation,it could be found that methods of installing solar term device and air preheater in boiler,as well as the heat insulation transformation,have significant effects on increasing the heat efficiency and the effect of the solar term.Through installing the inverter to the hot water circulating pump,and changing the heating system from lumped mass original regulation to sub phase variable flow control,thus the power is effectively saved and the gas consumption is reduced.After getting the energy saving transformation,Nanquan's problems about large energy consumption of the heating system and the low heating efficiency are solved.
