锈蚀纤维增强混凝土梁抗剪性能试验研究

摘    要:通过正交试验设计研究纤维混凝土梁在各个锈蚀率下抗剪性能的影响因素,确定了3个因素,分别水灰比(A)、纤维种类(B)、纤维掺量(C),每个因素包含3个水平。设计了3个锈蚀率,27根等高等宽钢筋混凝土梁,经过通电加速锈蚀后,进行连续加载试验。根据试验结果绘出了各个影响因素对试验指标的影响曲线,并根据极差分析法确定各个影响因素对试验指标影响顺序。

ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF CORRODED FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS
Abstract:Through the orthogonal experimental,this paper designed to study on the influencing factors of fiber reinforced concrete beam shear properties in various corrosion rates.3 factors were identified,they are:water cement ratio (A),fiber type (B),fiber volume fraction (C),each factor contains 3 levels.27 beams of high width reinforced concrete beam and 3 corrosion rates are designed,and the continuous loading test is carried out after the electrified and accelerated corrosion.According to the test results,the influence curves of each influence factor on the test indexes were drawn,and the influence order of each influence factor on the test indexes was determined according to the range analysis method.
