| 摘 要： | 对水利水电涉外工程项目中的保证/担保形式和保函类型进行了归类,对项目业主支付信用保证/担保制度进行了探讨,最后认为水利水电涉外工程项目中引入保证/担保制度,是规范水利水电建设市场的重要手段,特别是建立业主支付信用保证/担保制度,对于防止业主拖欠工程款具有重要的制约作用.

| Abstract: | The guarantee form and the type of guarantee agreement in international project of water conservancy and hydroelectric power are sorted out, and the payment guarantee system of the owner credit in international project of water conservancy and hydroelectric power is discussed .Then it is concluded that introducing the guarantee system is the key means of regulating the construction market of the water conservancy and hydroelectric power, and that constructing the payment guarantee system of the owner credit has important restrict function to prevent the project fund from defaulting by the owner. |
