基于KingView与单片机的实时数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:介绍一种基于单片机和KingView的数据采集系统,系统的结构组成及工作原理,提供了基于51单片机的A/D转换模块的硬件电路图,并对A/D转换芯片ADC0809的特点做了介绍。描述了单片杌和组态王KingView的通信协议以及单片杌在组态王中的通讯格式及通信设置,重点阐述了利用51单片机其自身所带的串口通信资源与工控组态软KingView进行通信的原理和C语言实现算法,给出了具体的数据采集程序。通过实践证明,该系统能够满足多数工程机械研发需求,实时性好、电路设计方法简单,可靠性高,成本低且采集模块具有良好有扩展性。

Design of Real Time Data Acquisition System Base on KingView and MCU
Abstract:This paper introduces a date acquisition system that based on MCU and KingView.In this paper,the hardware circuit that A/D module based on MCU8051 is Provided and Characteristics of A/D converter (ADC0809) is also presented.Communication protocol between KingView and MCU has been describes and MCU communication settings format in KingView is also presented.Communication principle that designed by using MCU own Serial Port and C language arithmetic opera-tion are mainly discussed.It has been found that this system can meet the requirements of research and development for majority of engineering machinery.
