| 摘 要： | 将食用油灰化处理后,用APDC-DDTC-MIBK体系萃取富集试液中的镉,利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定其含量.建立了优化的测定条件,并对可能存在的元素作了干扰实验.结果表明,测定镉的相对标准偏差为1.8%～3.1%,回收率为97.1%～101.5%,结果十分满意.

| Abstract: | After the cineration of the edible oil,the cadmium in it was extracted by the APDC-DDTC-MIBK system,and the content of cadmium was then tested with air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The optimum testing conditions were established and a test for the probably existing interference elements was performed.The relative standard deviation of the test was 1.8% to 3.1%,the respective recovery rate was 97.1% to 101.5%.The result of the test is satisfactory. |
