空冷凝汽器支架结构风荷载作用研究

摘    要:空冷凝汽器支架结构属于一种高柔结构,结构下部空旷,风荷载主要作用于上部挡风墙上,并对结构下部产生较大的作用.现行"建筑结构荷载规范"(GB50009—2001)中没有对该结构形式的风荷载体型系数有明确规定,对结构内部的A型架更是没有具体规定.为解决工程设计中风荷载体型系数的取值问题,进行了相关的试验研究,给出了相关参数的建议值.同时,采用大型流体有限元分析软件FLUENT进行了数值模拟,模拟效果较好.试验研究和数值模拟结果为工程设计提供了基础资料,可供同类工程参考.

Abstract:The bracket structure of air-cooled steam condenser is a high-rise flexible structure; the lower part of the structure is empty; and the wind load plays a major role in the wind-break wall and has a greater effect on the lower part of the structure. The current "Load Code for the Design of Building Structures"(GB50009-2001) is not clearly stipulated the load shape coefficient of the form of this structure; also the structure of A-type is not specified. To solve the problems of wind shape coefficient value in design, the related pilot study of the relevant parameters is the recommended value. Meanwhile, a large fluid finite element analysis software FLUENT is used for the numerical simulation; and the effect is good. Pilot studies and numerical simulation results will be used for the foundation data of the project design, and are available reference to similar projects.
