摘    要:在变频器前级所采用的单相有源功率因数校正器(PFC)中,一般采用完全PFC方案,而且使用的功率器件多.PFC升压电感昂贵,因此具有效率较低和成本较高等不足。鉴于此,提出了一种采用无侨PFC功率模块和部分PFC技术的新型单相PFC方案,在分析部分PFC的原理基础上,通过MCU软件编程给予实现。实验结果表明,该新型单相PFC方案具有校正效果良好,控制简单,成本低等优点,同时EMI得到了抑制,效率提高了2~3%,节能效果明显。

Application and Implementation of Partial PFC with Bridgeless Topology i.n Inverter
Abstract:In the single phase active PFC circuits of inverter, it is universal to utilize the full PFC control method£-bringing about some problems, such as many conduction components and costly boost inductor. So the conventional single phase PFC circuits have a high cost and a low efficiency. In view of this, a new single phase PFC circuit which uses the Bridgeless PFC power module and partial PFC control method is presented. On the basis of analyzing the theory of the partial PFC, this paper realizes the PFC circuit through MCU soft programming. Experimental results show that the new single phase PFC circuit provides a high efficiency, simple control method and low cost. At the same time, the circuit limits the EMI, improves the efficiency by 2-3% and has an obvious effect of energy saving.
