有序加权平均算法在区域水资源配置中的应用

摘    要:构建多层次协商评价决策模型,采用有序加权平均算法对区间值形式的各类信息进行集成协商确权,解决了多层次评价问题的区间值因素权重计算。实例计算结果表明,该方法较好地解决了区域水资源配置中各因素权值计算,并可应用于其他工程类综合评价。

Abstract:The optimal choice of region water resource scheme is a process with multi-attribute.The decision-making mode based on bargaining evaluation includes the basic layer,expert layer and the high-manage layer's idea.In this article the induced ordered weighted averaging(IOWA) operator is introduced.The problem of choicing the weighted vector of the IOWA operator is discussed.A method to determine each attribute's weight of bargaining evaluation problem is proposed.This research result is valuable in practice for choosing the optimal water resource planning scheme.
