摘    要:运用旋流、粗粒化及斜板除油技术开发出了一种新型压力式高效除油器,该设备单台处理量为60~140m3/h,当进口ρ(油)≤1000mg/L,ρ(悬浮物)≤200mg/L时,出口ρ(油)≤30mg/L,ρ(悬浮物)≤20mg/L。在处理规模相同的情况下,其投资仅为常压金属沉降除油罐的1/3~1/2,占地仅为1/2~2/3。该设备已获得国家专利,其应用成果获中国石化集团公司科技进步三等奖。

Abstract:A new pressure-type,high-efficiency oil remover has been developed by adopting the technology of removing oil with cyclone,macro granulation and tilting plate.The unit treatment capacity of the said equipment is60~140m 3 /h.When the inletρ(oil)is ≤ 1000mg/L andρ(suspended solids)is ≤ 200mg/L,the outletρ(oil)is ≤ 30mg/L andρ(suspended solids)is ≤ 20mg/L.With the same treatment capacity,the cost of this equipment is only1/3~1/2of that of an atmospheric-pressure metallic precipitating oil removing tank,and the land occupied by it is only1/2~2/3of the land occupied by the latter.This equipment has obtained a state patent and has been awarded a3rd-class prize by SINOPEC for the results of its application.
