摘    要:利用NS—A型分解炉十分之一的冷态模型测试了炉、窑两路气的管道阻力特性,分解炉内的流场及物料停留时间.测试说明:1要注意调节炉、窑两路气的管道阻力.以满足需要的流量分配;2分解炉内气体流动几乎是平推流,返混小.固气停留时间比较小,要使燃料充分燃烧,必须考虑足够大的炉容;3由于炉内物料有分层现象.减小了分解炉的有效容积,因此设计分解炉要尽量避免该种现象发生.

Abstract:By experiment carried out on a model calciner of NS-A type of scale of one to ten, the characteristics of duct resistance to gas flow in the rotary kiln and in the calciner were determined. Velocity profile in the calciner and the meal retention time in the calciner were measured. Measurements indicate: Carefully adjust the flow resistance in the kiln and calciner lines to achieve reasonable flow distribution between the two lines; It is observed that the gas flow in a plug pattern existed in the calciner and the back-mixing is minor; Sufficient volume capacity of the calciner must be provided for the fuel to burn perfectly; In the design of the calciner, the delamination should be avoided in that it may cause decrease in the effective volume of the calciner.
