挖掘机结构设计中的Pro/E应用研究

摘    要:应用Pro/E软件对挖掘机工作装置进行三维实体建模、动态仿真和结构强度分析,实现了挖掘机运动功能结构的设计。这种基于Pro/E,对具有运动功能结构的设计具有普遍的适用性。结果表明本研究方案可以提高设计效率,缩短产品设计、试制周期,对于设计工作有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:On the structure design of excavator, Special the kinetic structure, in addition to carry on general strength's analyze, we must consider the integrity of moving structure, compatibility of geometric movement , dependability of drive function. The Pro/ E is used to the work device of excavator :3D modeling of, dynamic imitate and the structure intensity analysis in application to the design of kinetic structure. This method which is based on the Pro/E has general applicability to the research of the kinetic structure and is guidance meaning to designing work. The result indicates that the research project can improve the designing efficiency and shorten the design and trial- produce period of products.
