| 摘 要： | 结合我国长期以来的计划经济管理体制和整个建筑行业大环境针对目前国内企业在项目成本管理上存在的问题进行了分析,提出了强化成本管理意识和加强成本管理的办法,并作了具体阐述,以期促进施工企业改善管理水平,提高效益。

| Abstract: | Combined with long domestic planned economic management system and the overall construction industry environment, it analyzes the existing project cost management problems in domestic enterprises, proposes approaches to enhance cost management awareness and to strengthen cost management, and makes specific illustration in order to promote the construction enterprises to improve management, enhance efficiency. |
