高压下厚壁圆筒疲劳寿命试验

摘    要:介绍38CrNi3MoV厚壁圆筒模拟管的试制过程,进行液压循环疲劳寿命试验。结果表明,在实验室条件下试制的6支模拟管,其二端的力学性能:Rr0.11270~1320MPa、A13%~18%、Z45%~54%、-40℃Akv25~37J。在循环压力为600MPa下,模拟管的安全疲劳寿命为1807~3449次(发)。

Abstract:The paper described the manufacturing process of a thick-wall cylinder simulation tube made by 38CrNi3MoV steel, and the hydraulic pressure cycle fatigue life of the tubes was tested. The result indicated that the mechanical properties of the two ends of the six simulation tubes manufactured in the lab were: Rr0.1 1 270~1 320 MPa,A 13%~18%,Z 45%~54%,-40 ℃ Akv 25~ 37 J. Under the cycled pressure of 600 MPa,the safety fatigue life of the simulation tubes was 1 807~3 449 times.
