摘    要:介绍了磨削加工技术的起源及其在国内外的发展现状,提出了目前高速和超高速磨削是提高磨削效率、提高工件表面粗糙度和零件加工品质的先进加工技术;分析了磨削加工技术的机理、优越性和影响因素;阐述了磨削加工技术的发展前景.

Abstract:The origin of grinding process and its development and actuality all over the world were introduced. At present, high speed and ultrahigh speed grinding is an advanced processing technique for raising grinding efficiency, reducing work surface roughness and promoting machining quality of the parts. The mechanism, advantage and influencing factor of the grinding process were analyzed. The foreground of development of grinding process was described.
