摘    要:在矿仓放矿装车过程中,经常会出现矿石堵塞、粘仓,严重影响了矿石装运效率,如果采用人工处理,安全隐患大。超高分子量聚乙烯具有优良的物理力学性能及稳定性,通过磨损试验以及现场试验后,证明了其作为矿仓内壁衬板的可行性。

Abstract:There is often ore plug and wall adhesion in ore discharging from the ore bin to the vehicles,which can seriously affect the ore loading and transport efficiency.Manual handling has high hidden danger of safety.Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has fine mechanical property and stability.The wear resistance test and the spot test have proven its feasibility of being used as the internal wall lining of ore bin.
