多道粮仓温度检测系统的一种设计方案

摘    要:介绍了一种多道粮仓温度检测系统的硬件组成和软件结构以及基于RS-485通信的网络测控系统。系统在每个粮仓中配置能独立工作的从机,主要负责采集现场的模拟量,经模拟开关送入A/D转换器转换为数字量,存储并传送给上位机,当温度超过报警温度时,发出报警信号。上位机将下位机的数据以曲线和表格的形式表示出来,清晰明了地显示出仓内温度状况,上下位机采用RS-485半双工方式通信。由上位机对粮仓进行监控,管理人员不需要深入现场,就可查看实时温度数据,对粮食灾情进行综合分析预报,实现粮仓管理自动化、智能化。

Abstract:Introduce the hardware components,the software framework and the measurement&control network system based on RS-485 of the MGTDS.For each granary,there's one running computer that can work independently.Its main responsibility is to gather analog signals on scene and translate them into digital signals via A/D translator.The digital data is stored in EPROM and then transferred to the monitor computer.The alarm is signaled when the temperature surpasses the standard level.The monitor computer translates the received signals into curves and charts,which shows clearly and frankly the temperature status of granary.Communication way between the monitor computer and running computer is Half-Duplex,RS-485.Using superior computer to monitor and control granary,the system can examine the real time temperature data without administrative personnel penetrating the scene and carry out generalized analysis of the granary status.Thus,it accomplishes automation and intellectualization of granary management.
