运动包络在发动机结构设计中的应用

摘    要:基于三维建模软件Pro/E,介绍了一种曲轴连杆机构运动学分析方法在发动机结构优化设计中的应用。应用机构模式下的运动包络功能模块,生成了连杆的运动包络模型,根据连杆的包络模型和曲轴模型,确定了曲轴箱的形状。结果表明,该方法的应用使曲轴连杆与曲轴箱内壁的间隙准确地控制在5~8 mm范围内,与传统的手工绘图相比缩短了四分之三的工作时间。

Abstract:Based on three dimensional modeling software Pro/E,the application of a kind of kinematical analysis method in the crank and connecting rod mechanism of the engine are introduced.The motion envelope model of the connecting rod is produced by using the motion envelope function module under mechanism mode.The profile of the crankcase is determined by the motion envelope model of the connecting rod and crank.The result indicates that the distance between crank and connecting rod and crankcase is controlled to ...
