3%吩嗪-1-羧酸水悬浮剂的制备研究

摘    要:通过对3%吩嗪-1-羧酸水悬浮剂助剂的筛选和优化,确定最佳配方。试验采用湿式研磨法制备3%吩嗪-1-羧酸水悬浮剂,对各个指标进行测定。正交优化最佳配方:PCA 3%、分散剂A11 3%,润湿剂M16 2%,乳化剂OP-104%,增稠剂黄原胶0.7%、硅酸镁铝0.5%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,消泡剂甲基硅油1%,防腐剂苯甲酸钠1%,去离子水补足100%。用该配方制备的悬浮剂样品,性能稳定,各个性能指标均优于相关标准。

Abstract:Screening and optimization for the adjuvant system of phenazine-1- carboxylic acid (PCA) 3% suspension formulation have been performed. The PCA 3%suspension was prepared by wet grinding and indicators were measured. The formula was PCA 3%, A11 3%, M16 2%, OP-10 4%, xanthan gum 0.7%, magnesium aluminum silicate 0.5%, glycerol 5%, simethicone 1%, sodium benzoate 1%, distilled water adds to 100%. Samples prepared using the formula have stable performance and each indicators of the preparation is in line with the relevant standards for suspension.
