固定化微生物细胞降解苯酚的研究进展

摘    要:综述了固定化微生物细胞降解苯酚的最新研究进展。介绍了吸附(结合)固定化、交联固定化、包埋固定化和自身固定化等方法。从降解苯酚微生物的分离纯化、微生物降解苯酚能力介绍了固定化细胞的微生物选择。分析了各因素对固定化细胞降解苯酚效果的影响,指出了固定化细胞技术在降解苯酚应用中存在的一些问题,并展望了固定化细胞技术应用于苯酚降解的前景。

Abstract:The latest research development of the technology of degrading phenol with immobilized microorganism cells is summarized, and the methods of adsorption (combination) immobilization, crosslinking immobilization, embedded immobilization and self- immobilization, etc. are presented. The microbial selection of immobilized cells is introduced on the basis of considering the separation and purification of the microorganisms capable of degrading phenol and the capacity of such microorganisms for degrading phenol. The effect of the contributing factors on the degradation of phenol by immobilized cells is analyzed, the difficulties in relation to current application of the technology of degrading phenol with immobilized ceils are pointed out, and the prospect of the future application of the technology is introduced.
