LLDPE第二代树脂应用前景

最近合成聚乙烯的一些新技术工业化，包括茂金属和非茂金属单中心催化的工艺，基于齐格勒－纳塔催化剂生产的易加工LLDPE（如双峰，宽相对分子质量分布，三元或四元共聚物），有很大的发展，由这些工艺生产的树脂，就是通常所说的第二代LLDPE树脂，各种技术的开发已使聚合物性能改进，应用领域扩大，综述了第二代LLDPE树脂的特点和应用，分析了其在美国，西欧，日本和亚太地区的市场情况。

Application Prospect of the Second Generation LLDPE

Some new commerized preparation technologies of polyethylene, including metallocene and non-metallocene single-site catalyzed processes and easily processable LLDPE(e.g. bimodal, broad MWD, terpolymers and quaterpoly-mers)based on Ziegler-Natta catalysts developed rapidly. Resins produced by these processes are known as the second generation LLDPE. A variety of technological developments has been achieved in polymer property improvements and application enlargement. The characteristics and applications of the second generation LLDPE are reviewed, their mar ket in the United States, Western Europe, Japan and Asia Paciffic is analyzed.
