有限元新技术在拉伸矫夹头设计中的应用

摘    要:针对拉伸矫夹头结构有预紧螺栓的特殊性,运用有限元技术中最新的预紧螺栓单元和接触非线性分析,成功解决了以往拉伸矫夹头分析中的困难。给出其力学性态,确定最终结构。希望能为类似结构提供了一种新的分析方法。

Abstract:For the particular clamping heads that are fixed with pre-tightening bolts, the state-of-art pre-tightening bolt and contact nonlinear analysis units in finite element analysis technologies have been used to deal with the problems encountered in the analysis on the clamping heads of tension levelers successfully. The final structure can be determined when the mechanical properties is given. Hopefully, this state-of-art analysis technology can be used in similar construction's analysis.
