电潜泵工况仪参数应用实践

摘    要:电潜泵井动态分析和故障诊断是电潜泵井管理的重要环节,结合电流卡片、生产动态、井史等资料进行工况分析的常规手段往往不确定因素较多。电潜泵井通过安装井下工况仪,可以实现电潜泵机组运行参数的实时记录,为动态分析和故障诊断提供更多、更直接的数据,从而全面准确地进行工况分析,判断故障原因,挖掘油井潜力。通过对电潜泵工况仪记录参数进行深入分析,并根据参数变化所表现出的特征绘制成示意图,对电潜泵井的故障类型进行了分析总结。现场应用表明,该分析方法具有推广应用价值。

Application practice of electric submersible pump tractometer

Abstract:The dynamic analysis and fault diagnosis of ESP well are critical section of ESP wells’ management. The results of conventional working condition analysis with current card, production performance and well history are not accurate. By providing the ESP with a downhole tractometer, real-time recording of unit operation parameters is realized, which provides more and visual information for dynamic analysis and fault diagnose, thus comprehensive and correct analysis of working condition can be performed to find out fault causes and further to tap oil well potential. This paper summarizes the types of ESP fault in a simple way by in-depth analyzing and plotting the ESP tractometer data. Field application shows that the above analysis method is a preferred way and worth popularizing.
