| 摘 要： | 金工实习是工科院校的重要实践课程，地方性院校需要结合自身的办学条件开展具有地方特色的金工实习教学。文章在总结我院金工实习教学经验的基础上，提出以下教学改革思路：在强化基础训练的同时，以专业分级教学为基础，着力发展以产品全制造过程为中心的教学理念，加强创新能力培养和数控加工的工程实践训练。

| Abstract: | Metalworking practice is an important course in the University of Technology. According to itself conditions of running a school, The local University of technology ought to carry out metalworking practice teaching having local features. This paper advanced the following teaching reformations on the past achievement： to grade teaching by specialty meanwhile strengthening the elementary practice, to take great pains to develop the teaching idea of the entire proceeding of manufacture, to practice students in creative ability and NC machining. |
