摘    要:简要介绍RP技术与RT技术的特点及其集成制造系统;探讨RP/RT制造环境下快速制造模具的技术线路和各生产环节工艺精度控制方法;分析影响模具制造精度的因素,提出按照一个闭环境式将各工艺节的累积误差反馈到CAD设计端去修改原始设计数据,从而制造出合乎要求的模具的精度控制途径。

Abstract:The technical features of RP and RT as well as the integrated RP/RT system are briefly introduced.A process route and related accuracy control methods in various processing links of Rapid Tooling under integrated RP/RT manufacturing environment are explored. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of mold manufacturing accuracy, the authors present a closed-loop control mode, through which the accumulated errors during the manufacturing process could be fed back to CAD and the initial design data are modified accordingly,hence a satisfactory mold meeting the demands will be produced.
