| Abstract: | Library culture can provide a solid foundation for the construction of the spiritual civilization of a college as it can produce a special cultural environment. It has effective,guiding,regularlzing and stimulating functions in terms of college spiritual civilization. In order for the spiritual civilization to develop healthily,we propose that the functions of college library culture should be highlighted for the development of the spiritual civilization of a college. |
