摘    要:研制了SX-1型铜系CO高温变换催化剂,并在低汽气比条件下进行了工厂侧流试验。结果显示,该催化剂活性温度低,活性高于铁基催化剂;适宜入口温度下,稳定性好,经1000h稳定性试验后,活性无明显的下降,且未发生费-托反应。试验后,催化剂颗粒完整,强度很好,能满足节能型合成氨厂的工况要求。

Abstract:The SX-1 type Cu-based catalyst for higher temperature shift reaction of CO was developed. A plant side-stream experiment of the catalyst at low steam to carbon ratio was performed.The results showed, the catalyst has low activited temperature and the activity for CO high temperature shift reaction was higher than one of the Fe-based catalyst.The catalyst is stable at proper temperature. After 1000h stability experiment, the catalyst activity had no apparent decrease,and without F-T synthesis reaction.The catalyst pallets were intact after the experiment,showed its higher mechanical strenghth.The catalyst could meet the needs of the running conditions for the energy-saving NH 3 synthesis plants.
