摘    要:硫氰酸盐光度法测定钨的不确定度,主要来源于仪器的综合稳定性、W标准溶液的配制、样品处理、回归工作曲线、重复测量等因素引入的不确定度。在对各个不确定度分量进行量化的基础上,通过合成得到测量结果的标准不确定度,再乘以95%置信概率下的扩展因子2,得到测量结果的扩展不确定度。

Abstract:The uncertainty of measurement results for the determination of tungesten in ore samples by spectrophotometry with thiocyanate has been evaluated in this example.The uncertainty of measuring results mainly comes from integrated stability of the instrument,standard reference materials used,sample prepration step,regression working-curves,repeated measurments,etc.Based on the evaluation of each fractions,the standard uncertainty of measuring results is obtained via synthesis of the uncertainties from the fraction.The extended uncertainty can be calculated via multiplying synthetic value by extended factor of 2 under the confidence probability of 95%.
