新型双季铵盐阳离子改性剂的合成及其对棉织物的无盐染色性能

摘    要:以二甲基乙二胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,合成一种双季铵盐可交联型阳离子改性剂WN。研究了反应原料物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间对合成产物阳离子度、环氧值的影响,得到优化合成条件:n(二甲基乙二胺)∶n(盐酸)=1.00∶0.25,n(二甲基乙二胺)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶4,70℃,6 h。合成的WN阳离子度为5.68 mmol/g,环氧值为0.58 mmol/g。改性织物的Zeta电位呈正值,可实现无盐染色,K/S值及匀染性均优于未改性织物常规有盐染色,且可达到有盐染色的耐皂洗和耐汗渍色牢度等级。

Abstract:The crosslinked cationic modifier WN was prepared from dimethyl ethylenediamine and epichlorohydrin.The molar ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and time on the cationic degree and epoxy value of product were studied.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:n(dimethyl ethylenediamine)∶n(hydrochloric acid)=1.00∶0.25,n(dimethyl ethylenediamine)∶n(epichlorohydrin)=1∶4,70℃,6 h.The cationic degree of product was 5.68 mmol/g,and the epoxy value was 0.58 mmol/g.The Zeta potential of modified fabric was positive,so that the salt-free dyeing could be realized.The modified fabric had higher K/S value and levelness,and could reach the same grade of soaping and perspiration fastness with salt dyeing.
