半再生重整装置催化剂更换为SR-1000催化剂的经济性评估

摘    要:中国石油独山子石化公司(简称独山子石化)500 kt/a催化重整(简称重整)装置使用半再生重整催化剂PRT-C/PRT-D累计运转近10年后,由于催化剂上碳含量、铁含量增加明显,催化剂反应性能下降,使得产物中C5+稳定汽油收率下降2~3百分点,装置效益降低。对该装置采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院最新开发的SR-1000催化剂时的加工效果进行了模拟计算,结果表明:在C5+稳定汽油的研究法辛烷值(RON)达到95的相同条件下,与该装置使用PRT-C/PRT-D催化剂相比,使用SR-1000催化剂时的C5+液体收率提高3百分点,纯氢产率提高0.4百分点,循环氢纯度提高3.9百分点。SR-1000催化剂在提高C5+稳定汽油收率和氢气产率方面具有明显优势,装置催化剂更换为SR-1000催化剂后每年可增加经济收益2 077.46万元。

Abstract:Nearly 10 years after using semi-regenerative reforming catalysts PRT-C/PRT-D in 500 kt/a catalytic reforming unit of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, because of the increase of the carbon and iron content on the catalyst, the yield of C5+ stabilized gasoline was decreased by 2—3 percentage points and the benefit of the unit was decreased. The simulation calculation of the processing effect of SR-1000 catalyst, which was newly developed by the SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, was carried out. The results show that the RON of C5+ stabilized gasoline reaches 95 under the same conditions. Compared with PRT-C/PRT-D catalyst, the liquid yield, the pure hydrogen yield, recycle hydrogen purity of SR-1000 catalyst are increased by 3, 0.4 and 3.9 percentage points, respectively. The SR-1000 catalyst has obvious advantages in increasing the C5+ gasoline and hydrogen. The economic profit of SR-1000 catalyst will be increased by 20.775 million yuan per year.
