| 摘 要： | 针对超大卷径高精铜带轧机轧制时卷取机卷筒挠曲变形、上卸卷时大径宽比铜卷的稳定性以及全油轧制时铜带除油困难等问题,研发出了高刚性强力卷取机新技术、重载防倾翻铜卷小车新技术以及全油轧制高效除油新技术。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the bending and deformation of the reel of the coiler during the rolling of the super-large diameter high-precision copper strip mill,the stability of the copper coils with large diameter-width ratio during the loading and unloading of coils,and the difficulty of removing oil from the copper strip during the all-oil rolling,this paper introduces the new technology of high rigidity and strength coiler,the new technology of heavy duty anti-tipping copper coiler and the new technology of high efficiency oil removal in all-oil rolling. |
