摘    要:分别采用斯盘85、十二烷基氧化胺、油酸三乙醇胺作为银浆的表面活性剂,探讨了表面活性剂对太阳能背钝化电池(PERC)用银浆性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、流变仪、四探针测试仪、拉力测试仪和光电性能分选机分别表征了银浆的微观结构、黏度、方阻值、焊接拉力和光电效率等性能。结果表明:采用油酸三乙醇胺配制的银浆具备较优的综合性能,油酸三乙醇胺通过双电层互斥作用和空间位阻效应分散银粉,提高了银浆分散性和致密性,使得银浆的方阻值小(11mΩ)、焊接拉力大(5.88N)、光电效率高(22.24%)。

Abstract:Span85,dodecyl bimethyl amine,triethanolamine oleate were individually used as surfactant for silver paste.The effect of surfactant on properties of silver paste for passivated emitter and rear cell was investigated.Microstructure,viscosity,square resistance,adhesion and photoelectric efficiency of products were respectively characterized by SEM,rheometer,four points probe,tensile testing machine and photoelectric sorter,respectively.The results showed silver paste which was prepared by triethanolamine oleate had a small square resistance(11mΩ),an excellent adhesion(5.88N),and a high photoelectric efficiency(22.4%).Triethanolamine oleate dispersed silver particles by mutual repulsion of electric double layer and space steric effect.Dispersion and compactness of silver paste were increased by triethanolamine oleate,the silver paste prepared with triethanolamine oleate therefore has better comprehensive performance.
