龙开口电站水轮机顶盖振动分析及结构改进研究

摘    要:龙开口电站机组在试验水头下0~210MW负荷段顶盖存在强烈振动,水平、垂直振动幅值达400μm以上;针对水轮机顶盖振动偏大的实际情况,采取对水轮发电机组进行稳定性试验,测试并分析顶盖振动、尾水压力脉动等数据,分析研究得出顶盖刚度不够是影响顶盖振动值偏大的主要原因,另外水力振动与顶盖振动偏大也有一定关联性。现场制订并实施了消减顶盖振动综合治理优化方案,包括新顶盖结构改进、顶盖加固结构改进及补气管改进等;机组采取新顶盖结构改进及顶盖加固结构改进等措施后效果较好,有效消减了顶盖水平、垂直振动值。

Abstract:In the 0-210MW load section under the test head,strong vibration exists on the top cover of Longkaikou Hydropower Station,with the horizontal and vertical vibration amplitude above 400μm.In view of the actual situation of excessive vibration of the turbine head,stability test is carried out on the turbine generator unit to test and analyze the vibration of the head,pressure fluctuation of tailwater and other data.The analysis shows that the insufficient rigidity of the top cover is the main reason for the large vibration value of the top cover.In addition,there is a certain correlation between hydraulic vibration and excessive vibration of the top cover.The optimization scheme of reducing the vibration of the roof has been formulated and implemented on site,including structural improvement of the new roof cover,structural improvement of the roof cover reinforcement and improvement of the air supply pipe.The unit achieves better results by taking measures such as new roof structure improvement and roof reinforcement structure improvement,which effectively reduces the horizontal and vertical vibration values of the roof.
