香蕉叶活性炭的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

摘    要:以香蕉叶废渣为原料,利用KOH活化制备香蕉叶活性炭(BLAC)以吸附废水中的亚甲基蓝。采用SEM、BET、XRD对BLAC进行表征。结果表明,BLAC的BET比表面积达1257.852 m2/g,总孔体积达0.718 m3/g。BLAC用于模拟亚甲基蓝废水的吸附研究表明,303 K时BLAC对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附量为578.03 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,且等温吸附曲线可用Langmuir模型关联,说明BLAC对亚甲基蓝的吸附为化学吸附且单分子层吸附占主导地位。

Abstract:Banana leaf activated carbon(BLAC)was prepared by using banana leaf residue as raw materi?al and activated by KOH,which was applied to the adsorption of methylene blue in wastewater.BLAC was char?acterized by SEM,BET and XRD.The results showed that the specific surface area of BLAC was 1257.852 m2/g and the total pore volume was 0.718 m3/g.BLAC was used to simulate the adsorption of methylene blue in wastewater.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of BLAC for methylene blue was 578.03 mg/g at 303 K.The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo second order kinetic model,and the isothermal adsorption curve could be correlated with the Langmuir model,which indicated that the adsorption of methylene blue by BLAC was dominated by the chemical adsorption process.
