| 摘 要： | 水电工程施工过程中,干扰因素多并且影响工程施工效率,承包人施工降效问题经常出现。为有效解决因施工降效引起的承发包双方经济纠纷问题,采用以投标文件施工资源投入计划为基础与现场实际资源核查数量对比的方式分析施工功效,识别施工降效问题,确定降效系数,最后计算因施工降效产生的补偿费用。该施工降效识别方法和索赔计算方法的提出可以解决水电工程施工降效和费用补偿,从而可减少和解决水电工程施工中因施工降效而产生的经济纠纷。

| Abstract: | During the construction of hydropower project,there are many interference factors and affect the construction efficiency of the project.The problem of contractor's construction efficiency reduction often occurs.In order to effectively solve the economic disputes between the contracting parties caused by construction efficiency reduction,the construction efficiency is analyzed,the problems of construction efficiency reduction are identified,the efficiency reduction coefficient is determined,and the compensation cost due to construction efficiency reduction is finally calculated by comparing the input plan of construction resources in tender documents with the actual resources on site.The identification method of construction efficiency reduction and claim calculation method can solve construction efficiency reduction and cost compensation of hydropower projects,thus reducing and solving economic disputes caused by construction efficiency reduction of hydropower projects. |
